Living in a posh, well-appointed college dorm or living in a “Wework” collaborative environment is coming to Wynwood. Following locations in London and NY, the $210M Collective will open its doors in Miami. The first Collective opened in London in 2016.
While details are still being ironed out, The $210M Collective Miami will speak of its location and be tailored to the edgy, artsy vibe of Wynwood. It will be between 8-12 stories tall, feature an art gallery, pop-up retail spaces, dining options, state-of-the-art technologies, landscaping and more. Residents will share living areas plus kitchens and have access to service and amenities like gym, pool, tv room and more. The Collective Miami will also boast cultural and entertainment events that resonate with Wynwood scene.
“As the world continues to become more mobile and global, we believe that people will gravitate towards areas that are accessible, have a high quality of life, and are culturally diverse and inspiring. Therefore, Wynwood really is a no brainer for us and we see so much potential for growth in the area. We’re super excited and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to add to the existing cultural diversity by building and activating a space for open-minded and curious people to connect to themselves, with others and ultimately achieve their full potential” Reza Merchant, The Collective’s Founder and CEO.
The Collective Miami will be jointly done by The Collective led by CEO Reza Merchant and Tony Cho of Metro 1.
