The very desirable and affluent South of Fifth neighborhood runs from South Pointe Park to Fifth Street and offers some of the must luxurious condos in all of Miami.

South of Fifth encompasses the 5 most southernmost blocks of South Beach. The beach is just a short walk and world-class dining are but steps away.  Luxury, convenience and sophistication come together in this enviable location.  It is one of the most coveted and prestigious communities in South Beach and has some of the most upscale real estate in all of Miami.
