Sunset Island  constitute one of the most sough-after areas in South Florida and are comprised by four islands (Sunset I-Sunset IV). They are prime real estate markets of stunning single-family homes with an exclusive address and guard-gate entrances. They are reachable from North Bay Road at 20th and 29th streets and are literally minutes to South Beach and Downtown Miami.
