SoFi market update August sales

It is with pleasure that we share with the latest sales in South of Fifth, South Beach’s southernmost tip. After a robust first quarter, 2nd quarter of South of Fifth was impacted by the COVID-19 market shutdown. Heading into July and August, we saw an uptick in demand for trophy condos like the most recent $22,000,000 PH sale in 321 Ocean.
