
Target signs lease at Grove Central. Grove Central is a 883,000-square-foot mixed-use, sustainable development that will include a 23-story tower with 180,000 square feet of office, 40,000 square feet of retail, and 850 parking spaces. Target will occupy 49,658 square feet which occupies six stories of space and five stories of garage.
Grove Central is being constructed by Juneau Construction Company for developers Grass River Property and Terra Group. Touzet Studio is the architect.

Grove Central will feature a rooftop solar trellis that is capable of powering the entire development while also charging a large micro-grid battery for use when the sun is down.

Grove Central also boast a rooftop solar trellis that has the capacity to power the development as well as micro-grid battery during sundown and night hours. It will also feature a coffee shop, cocktail bar, outdoor moving screening and musical event space. Its Linear Plaza on the ground level will be lined with trees and connected to the Underline.
The 5-acre property used to be a parking lot for the Metrorail station. It sits on the northwest corner of Southwest 27th Avenue and South Dixie Highway.
